2013 Pros and Seminar Speakers
Heartland Bowhunter Clayton CampbellTagging along with his dad on fishing trips and pheasant hunts got Clayton introduced to the outdoors at a very young age. His dad Keith did not deer hunt but hearing a bow hunting story that involved a big buck from his uncle Bob got the fire started. That same year at Christmas 18 years ago, a Bear Whitetail II and arrows showed up under the tree. After getting several big game species under his belt with a compound, Clayton took up traditional archery and filming to get a change of pace and another passion begun. “Shooting high quality video is a lot harder than shooting a big buck with a bow,” states Clayton, but will gladly take the challenge on either side of the camera. Behind church and family, sharing time in the outdoors with good friends and family is his way of life.

His work includes a long-term study of buck breeding success on in South Texas. TFO Outdoors Doug LinebaughDoug grew up on a small farm in Mid-Missouri, but didn't start hunting hardcore until his college years. He started hunting whitetails on public land and has been addicted ever since. Most of his early hunting was centered around turkey and whitetail deer but he craved more. When his son, Connor, was born he started hunting big game anywhere he could. Hunting with a camera has added a new dimension to the sport, he enjoys the challenge of getting the encounters on film so that family and friends can share in the excitement of his hunts. Doug points out that he has been blessed with a wonderful wife, Jeanette, that for 20 years has put up with his love for the outdoors. Doug also has two wonderful children, Bailey and Connor, that hunt with him anytime they can. Although Bailey likes shopping more than hunting, Connor has already taken many trophies on film and will be a future Rock Star in the hunting community. When the opportunity for ownership in Taken Flight Outdoors came in 2012, Doug jumped at the chance. Look for Doug and Connor killing giants and making memories in the years to come.
TFO Outdoors by Connor LinebaughConnor Linebaugh, born and raised in Columbia, MO, has been passionate about the outdoors since he could walk. Whether it was toting along his toy gun behind dad while deer hunting or sitting with him in a blind waiting for that perfect gobbler, Connor always wanted to be there. At only 12 years old, Connor has already amassed an impressive collection of big game animals including Elk, Whitetail Deer, Alligator, Turkey as well as numerous species of small game. Heartland Bowhunter Skyler WirsigSkyler grew up in the desert of Arizona, but developed a love for the outdoors from his family in Missouri. He can remember his Poppa taking him on many hunting and fishing adventures at a very young age; at the age of six he shot his first bow, but had to patiently wait until he was eleven to get a chance to harvest his first deer in Missouri. After taking a nice 8-point buck that year, Skyler became hooked on chasing whitetails. His obsession didn’t stop there as he started hunting for turkeys just a few years later.
He eventually developed a passion for filming hunts in high school when he filmed his dad shooting his first turkey. Attending college in Missouri gave him the opportunity to hunt and film all year long. Hunting and filming is now a 24/7 addiction that never stops. Skyler’s biggest influences on his love for the outdoors are his Poppa, dad, and uncles. He is currently living in Missouri and enjoys every minute of being in the heartland! H.I.P.S.
